An absurd 52-yard rushing touchdown from quarterback Josh Allen inspired the Buffalo Bills to a 31-17 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers at a snow-filled Highmark Stadium.
With just over seven minutes remaining in the first half and the Bills on third-and-eight inside their own half, Allen took a few steps back before he decided to fire up the wheels.

Allen stepped up through the collapsed pocket and dashed into open space where he easily gained a first down.
But Allen wasn’t done there as he cheekily faked a slide to the ground before he ran right over the top of Steelers safety Damontae Kazee.
With the endzone in sight, Allen found one final burst of speed to elude the Steelers secondary and score a thrilling touchdown that set social media alight.

It was the second-longest rushing touchdown by a quarterback in playoff history, only second to Colin Kaepernick’s 56-yard effort 11 years ago in the San Francisco-Green Bay clash.
It was also the longest run of Allen’s career so far.
Ecstatic Bills fans threw snow in the air and chanted ‘MVP’ after Allen’s touchdown.
“Unbelievable, Josh Allen,” legendary quarterback Tony Romo told CBS.
“We talked about him … Him and Mahomes, no one in NFL history in the playoffs has depended on their legs in big key moments. Fifteen rushes last week, he’s ramped it up with his legs – and none bigger than this one. Fifty-two yards – and he shows the extra burst.
“The definition of a game-wrecker on offence.”
Fellow commentator Jim Nantz added: “They’ve often compared Josh to ‘Big Ben’ (Roethlisberger) about how difficult he is to bring down. But he can run the football faster than anyone that you could think at that size.”
Allen’s 52-yard touchdown was the standout moment from a clash the Bills largely dominated as he threw for 203 yards and three touchdowns and ran for 74 yards, although the Steelers threatened to make the contest interesting in the fourth quarter.
With the Bills sitting comfortably ahead at 24-10, the Steelers made it a one-score game when Mason Rudolph fired a seven-yard touchdown pass to Calvin Austin III.
But the home side soon restored its 14-point lead when the Steelers failed to bring down Khalil Shakir after receiving a pass from Josh Allen as he raced in to the endzone for a 17-yard touchdown.
As a result of the win over the Steelers, the Bills will host the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC divisional round.
The contest took place a day later than initially scheduled after it was postponed due to a snowstorm as well as a travel ban put in place.
To ensure the contest got played, diehard Bills fans arrived several hours before the game to help shovel snow off the field and out of the stands.
The snowy conditions also sparked an unprecedented first, with fans allowed to sit wherever they wanted inside Highmark Stadium.
